Information for Attendees:

PRESENTING ATTENDEES:

- Monologue: Presenting a monologue is optional, so you don't have to prepare one to attend.

- Timing: Please keep your message to approximately 3 to 5 minutes. A timekeeper will signal when you're nearing the 5-minute mark.

- Deity's Message: As clergy, it's your responsibility to interpret the deity's message positively and make it actionable. Avoid yelling at participants; let's create an uplifting experience for everyone.

ONLINE OPPORTUNITIES:

Due to various challenges with the online component, we won't have online festivals in the foreseeable future. Please join the Lammas Monologues online at WiccanSeminary.Edu for a similar event in August.

ALL-PERSON ATTENDEES:

- Traffic: Be aware that construction may cause delays, so we recommend arriving on Friday before the evening rush to avoid traffic. Saturday might be unreliable in this regard, and it could take 3-5 hours to reach the mountain. DO NOT TAKE OLD OWEN ROAD. (I-405 & 90 may also have construction issues this weekend.)

- Chairs: Bring a camp chair since the metal chairs provided may not be comfortable for an entire weekend.

- Shade: There's moderate shade in the backyard, but feel free to bring 10x10 pop-up shades for additional shade space.

- Camping: If you plan to camp on-site, please inform us of your tent's size and the number of occupants. Sharing tents is encouraged to save space. Arrive before dark on Friday if possible. If you arrive on Saturday, set up your tent after monologues, allowing staff to focus on their presentations. Tent placement will be approved due to limited space. Reply with your tent size to reserve your spot ahead of time.

Food:

- Meal Tickets: Highly Recommended. The food is excellent and abundant and less than anything you can get and store at your site.

- No Indoor Cooking/Storage: The kitchen won't be available for personal use. Keep your food in coolers with ice. A corner store in Index has ice available. Consider quick, easy, grab-and-go meals/snacks and drinks.

Getting there:

- Use Google or Apple Maps to reach the tab. The gate code is 1937 (the year Pete Pathfinder was born!). The church's physical address is 48631 River Park Dr. Index, WA 98256. Call the TAB landline day of for questions: 360-793-1945

Parking:

- We have three areas for parking:

 1. Along Reiter Road near the front gate.

 2. After passing the Save the Seeds Garden, there's parking on a grassy hill. Park compactly, and if you need to unload heavy items, you can drop them off at the church first.

 3. Main Parking Area on church property is reserved for those with accessibility needs and overnight campers.

Registration Due by July 18th, 2024!

Come and see the parade of Gods, Goddesses, Archetypes, Elementals, and Energies. Come express honor to the gods and give them thanks for all the things they bring into your life.

Festivities take place over July 21st - June 23rd weekend, Workshops and Shrines will be scheduled throughout the weekend! Lets all gather at Aquarian Tabernacle Church in Index, WA, set up our tents and enjoy a weekend of pagan celebration! (This is a full camping event, please plan accordingly for your needs.)

Now is the time for those, who wish to be on staff or cast for festivals and rituals this year to come and present their worship in the form of invocation. Do you want to serve in facilitating the rituals the Mother Church hosts this year? Then come and honor the Gods with an invoked monologue. Please indicate in registration form if you would like to be considered for a cast or staff position in our future festivals and events.

ALL are welcome to present for the joy of it and the GODS, with or without a calling to serve in the Mysteries or Hekate Sickle Festival.

Students in the Seminary have a specific order to follow. If you are not a student, you are more than welcome to choose any god of your choice or follow the below structure:
-First time doing a monologue = God or Goddess of your choice
-Second time = Higher Self
-Third time= Opposite Gender God or Goddess from your first year choice
-Fourth time = Elemental
-Fifth time and up = God of your choice

To prepare: Research a deity, any GOD/DESS of any pantheon and know enough about them that you can invoke and introduce yourself as that deity. Prepare a monologue that will be no more than 3 minutes long, tell their story, dress as them, invoke and embody that deity as much as you are able.

You may want to include: Name, origin, descendent of, divine purpose, followers, achievements, cities named after them, consorts, children, sacred symbols, plants, animals, and other correspondences.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please talk to Lady Brenna Grace via email: brenna@atcwicca.org
