Meet the Clergy
Bella is the Matriarch of the Aquarian Tabernacle Church, Intl. and is considered a voice of the Goddess by the pagan community. As the Heirophant of the Great Mother Demeter, Bella is a direct channel for the Goddess and serves at Her behest. Bella is also Dean of WiccanSeminary.EDU, the only formal Wiccan sponsored college. Bella’s book series, "The ABC's of Witchcraft" are part of the Freshman core curriculum in the Seminary. A Navy Veteran, Mother of three, and professional Spiritual Counselor; Bella is a full-time Wiccan Priestess. Her ministry helps professionalize Wiccan Clergy and provides big church resources for existing Wiccan ministers to be more effective in serving a modern congregation.
Dusty is the Archpriest for the Aquarian Tabernacle Church, and High Priest of the Mother Church Congregation. Studying for 10 years at Pete Pathfinder’s knee, he has taken up Pete’s work as a civil rights champion and protector of religious rights, working with churches of all faiths all over the country, who find themselves hindered by their local law officials. Torn between stand-up comedian and a calling to serve Goddess, Dusty entertains us with humor and anecdotes, while revealing the mysteries of the path.
APS Mary Malinski
Archpriestess of Canada ATC
Mary Malinski is a third degree priestess of the ATC Tradition and Archpriestess of Canada ATC. She is the High Priestess of the Circle of the Sacred Muse, a Life Coach and Reiki-Master-Teacher. Mary has earned her Associates Degree Through the Seminary.
Trisha Parker
High Purse Warden
Trisha, a BA graduate of WSTS, is a 2nd degree ATC WISE priestess and a 3rd degree Gardnerian in a NE Florida coven. She is the High Treasurer for the Aquarian Tabernacle Church; Professional Tarot Reader; Clergy Member of the NE Florida Pagan Leadership Coalition; Coordinator of Phoenix Festivals, a Pagan festival located in N Central Florida.
Stacia Schmidt, LCSW, CADC-II
High Maiden ATC
Anastacia Sylvester (aka Stacia) is a third degree Wiccan Priestess and Reiki Master. She is the HPs for Covenant of WISE. Stacia works as a clinical therapist with a Master’s in Social Work, and is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
Terry Riley
High Summoner
Rt. Rev. Terry Riley - is the founding 3rd degree High Priest of the SDCW - ATC. Terry gained national attention in 1993 when he organized a Wiccan Freedom of Religion March that gained National Media attention. He is published poet, songwriter, and author. Terry is the Presiding Elder in the Mid-South region of the U.S. for the Aquarian Tabernacle Church. He sits on the Council of Elders and is the president of the Board of Directors.
Darrell Delph, B.A.
Business Officer
Darrell J. Delph, is a 2nd degree High Priest in the WISE Tradition and the High Priest of The Ever Green Hearth, an affiliate church of the Aquarian Tabernacle Church. He is the Summoner for the Aquarian Tabernacle Church at Index, and a fulltime Wiccan Minister serving his community for 30 years.
Kara Williams
WSTS Dean
Kara is the current Dean of Woolston-Steen Theological Seminary and one of their faculty members. She is a 3rd Degree ordained minister of the Aquarian Tabernacle Church in the WISE Tradition. She holds a master's degree in education (M.Ed.) and a Bachelor of Art in sociology. She was a Laurel in the Society of Creative Anachronism and was also a professional belly dance instructor and performer for many years. Kara has been affiliated with WSTS since 2009 and was an active member of Covenant of the WISE in Conyers, GA from 2006 – 2015.
Brenna Grace
Maiden of Mother Church Coven
Executive Festival Director
Brenna Grace is a Third Degree Priestess of the ATC and WISE Traditions. She is the Maiden of the ATC Mother Church’s coven and has been an active member since 2013.
Brenna has been the Executive Festival Director for both Hekate's Sickle Festival and Spring Mysteries Festival since 2021.
As of 2022, Brenna is now the Dean of Ministry for WSTS.
She was the Director of Marketing from 2018-2022, having been the assistant director for 4 years before.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Wiccan Ministry from WSTS and a BA in Journalism/Public Relations from Western Washington University with a minor in Religious Studies.
DruAnn Welch
Director of IT
Dru Ann Welch is the High Priestess of Temple of the Sacred Path ATC Inc., an ATC affiliate located in Florida. She has been on her path since 2001 and has been leading her local community since 2007. Currently Dru Ann serves the Goddess in the role of IT Director for ATC.
